High Performance Sport New Zealand is a leader within the high performance sporting system. It aims to inspire, enrich and unite the nation by leading a sustainable high performance sport system to achieve more winning on the world stage.

The 2030 HP System Strategy is a living roadmap that sets out what the High Performance Sport System as a whole in New Zealand needs to achieve over the next 10 years and how it will go about this. It provides a whole of system view and contains 12 workstreams that span the breadth of the New Zealand High Performance system.
