HP Coach Support Initiatives

An agile and connected HP Coach support system

To realize our strategic focus, HPSNZ will partner with NSOs to identify specific cohorts of HP coaches to optimize performance and realize podium potential. Each initiative is aligned to the New Zealand Performance Pathway framework and can flex and adapt to the needs of athletes and coaches as they navigate their performance pathway. Across the initiatives a kawa (i.e. practice) of ethics, wellbeing and innovation will be applied to drive sustainable success.
