The Performance Life Coaches work with athletes to build their self-awareness and self-management. Athletes will upskill in communication, planning, professionalism, financial literacy, and leadership.

“Through working with my Performance Life coach over the past couple of years I have seen and experienced the direct relationship between my personal wellbeing, our team environment, and my performance. I have done a lot of work around my individual strengths and how I bring these to the team. This has helped me feel like I am bringing my authentic self to what I am doing.

I have always loved just living in the moment, which can be a great strength but as with every strength there are a few blind spots.
