My performance life coach has helped me develop as a person and an athlete.
Fifteen months ago I began working closely with my life coach. I was reluctant to ask for help as I am naturally a shy person. I was apprehensive about approaching and talking to people and found it challenging to approach potential sponsors. A year further down the track I have gained more self confidence both in and out of my sporting career. I found the best team to support and encourage my journey and have gained some great sponsorship partners including a sponsored vehicle to help me on my journey.
